What this list is not
It is not every case, and it is not every filing. Fifty-five of the ninety-four federal district courts publish a complete feed of new docket activity, twenty-six publish only certain kinds of entry, and thirteen publish none at all — so a case can move without appearing here. Every district, and what each one publishes.
It is also not a docket. A feed item carries the court's one-line label for what was filed and never the filing itself. To see the caption, the judge, the status and the entries with their real text, check the case.
