I do not know my case number. Can I still search?
You can search by the case name, but the number is far more reliable. It is on every document you have been sent, usually top right on the first page, and it looks like 1:24-cv-01234.
Is this legal advice?
No. CaseMagic reports what a court source says about a docket. It is not a law firm, it does not represent you, and nothing it produces is advice about what to do.
Will my lawyer find this useful too?
Usually the opposite way round: firms use the Professional and Practice plans to watch ten or fifty matters without anyone opening a docket. The product is the same one.
